Well - we finally have some good news! On Friday, AnnaMarie's passport application was found! Beacon House immediately re-submitted the application. As I said in an earlier post, passports are taking about two weeks at this time, so we should have a passport by April 3rd or so and should be able to bring the kids home end of April or beginning of May. We are praying that we can go by the last week in April since David's first birthday is April 26th! Also - Rick's mom and dad have planned a trip here to meet the kids. This trip was planned back in January and they made it "all the way" out in May so the kids would be here for months and have time to adjust before they came. At the time I was disappointed that they were waiting for so long, but now am glad that they did! Who knew that it would take this long to bring our children home. SO - now we are just hoping we will be back before they arrive on May 8th! We are so excited for the kids to meet their grandparents - both sets!

The photos above were taken last week by one of the Beacon House families (thanks, Amy!) who were there to bring their precious little boys home. They had been waiting for a passport just as we had. Our dear friends, the Aydelottes, who are adopting Monica still have not found anything related to Monica's passport, so I ask you to keep on praying for them. We all want to bring our children home.

I will keep you posted on the progress and when we get the passport. Until then, we continue to covet your prayers!
We'll be in Africa at the same time!
