Well - Lisa and I are becoming quite adept at doing yarn braids. This is us with Ava (aka Mulunesh) who came home from Ethiopia in November. She saw Lydia's hair and just loved it and asked us if we would do hers, too. So - Monday we got to their house at 9am and finished her hair at 5:30 pm. We are getting faster, too! Of course, it helps to have 2 to 4 people working at the same time. Her mom, Keri and my sister helped some of the time and this made it go way faster. Doesn't it look cute? Keri e-mailed me the next day and told me that she LOVES it. She said she does a different style with it every five minutes. That is the fun of long braids - they can do all sorts of styles with the braids - it's a lot of fun! Anyway - getting lots of practice so that Annamarie and Naomi can have long locks, too!

More Yarn Braids!
