This is Corey and Hayden's room. They are really enjoying sharing a room. Hayden told me last night that he used to get lonely (and sometimes scared) at night but now if he wakes up he just looks over and sees Corey sleeping and feels OK. When we were deciding where to put everyone, we asked Corey (who is 18) how he felt about sharing a room with his 11 year old brother. He said that this is his last year at home and he thought it would be really good to have that time with Hayden. What 18 year old would say that - he's just a doll!Anyway - we are all ready for our newest family members! :)

Hi Erika-The Connected Child is a great book. Probably my favorite book I've read so far is "Adopting the Hurt Child." Really great book. Also, anything by Deborah Gray. I just finished "Attaching in Adoption" and it's my other favorite. All of the books I've listed are really good - I feel like I can't keep up with everything there is out there to read! Hope this helps!
