These are some pics from the kid's first 4th of July in America. Rick planned and carried out a stupendous fireworks show for them - they were very impressed! Since we live near a reservation, we can get the good fireworks and we did! Notice the ear muffs - my Dad let the girls wear his shooting ear covers (I have no idea what they are called) because it was too loud for them. David slept through the whole thing. You have to remember that it doesn't get dark here until 10pm in July, so the kids are always up way past their bedtimes! I love the ones of Naomi with my Dad - so sweet!
